Why You Should Focus on Vibrating Higher


I never understood the process of spiritual ascension or why I was doing the things I did to ascend. I did it because if I didn’t, I felt like I was going against the grain of my own well being. I felt like I was fighting an invisible force every step of the way. So I listened after I surrendered to the unknown. Kind of scary. Kind of exciting. A whole lot of confusion and emotions along the way.

All I knew was that I did certain spiritual things naturally. I honed my extrasensory gifts along the way while meeting people versed in moon cycles, 3D to 5D ascension processes, and encyclopedias of astrologists. Each person was a bubble of fascination in my eyes. I tried googling the process of ascension at times but my eyes would glaze over because of the many details. A characteristic of this Aquarius/Pisces cusp ENFP Campaigner.

I was recently nudged in a direction that led me to the Schumann Resonance charts. I became aware of the Schumann Resonance charts early last year and paid attention when it spiked up to 158Hz in December 2019. When the Schumann Resonance usually stays around 7.83Hz, about the same vibrational frequency of humans. What did it mean to us mere humans and why should we care? That ah-ha moment came to me as I prepared class for my mentees.

It hurts our mental, emotional and physical selves.

It made sense to me. The ascension process, why we should focus our attention on ascending higher and higher and why humans should focus on vibrating higher. All normal feel good, positive outlook aside, it’s because we need to match Mother Earth’s vibrations to move and advance with her. She’s advancing if we like it or not, so how can we vibrate higher?

How Life May Seem When You Are in a Lower Vibrational State:

  1. You feel heavy from the inside out. Lower vibrational emotions like anger, sadness, guilt, shame, and fear weigh you down.
  2. Your perception of life is covered by the thin grey misperception over your eyes.
  3. Your energy is darker, inviting in entity attachment(s).
  4. You project your inner feelings on those around you.
  5. You react emotionally.
  6. You take offense to what is said or written, even though it was never about you.

How Do You Vibrate Higher?

  1. Become aware of your thoughts, actions, and attitude.
  2. Meditate on letting go.
  3. Learn to love the act of letting go.
  4. Dive into your triggers and bless those who trigger you.
  5. Release dense and heavy energies from physical wants/desires to the people around you.
  6. Surround yourself with kind, loving souls who are considerate of you and your time. (If you do not have anyone like this in your life, become this person. You will attract your tribe).
  7. Feed yourself positive words, feelings, thoughts, news.
  8. Feed yourself nourishing and well-balanced food which gives you energy versus taking energy from you.
  9. Practice breathing meditation and grounding exercises like Qigong.
  10. Be kind.
  11. Figure out your why.
  12. Invest in your mental and emotional well-being by hiring a medical professional, therapist, coach, spiritual healer, etc.
  13. Focus on all the good in your life. Begin making an attitude of gratitude a daily habit.

We ebb and flow like waves in an ocean. Change is permanent and we are here for the ride. Make your experiences positive and be kind and gentle with yourself. I was once in a very low emotional and mental state of mind even though the smile on my face said otherwise.

I looked light and happy on the outside but I was a dense, heavy mass on the inside. Many of us can be masters at lying to ourselves. Begin the process of releasing the heavy, dense, excess energies which weigh you down spiritually so you can vibrate higher. So you can ascend as Mother Earth vibrates higher and higher. It will get easier by the day. All you have to do is begin and if you have already begun, congratulations, you are doing a wonderful job!

As the uncertainty of our world continues to be the new norm, one thing is for certain. How we respond and react to what is happening around us is the only thing we can control. Look at how you’re responding or reacting to what is happening and make a choice. Ask yourself, ‘Is this how I want to continue living my life, or do I deserve emotional freedom and lightness?’
